Why Is It Taking So Long To Get There?

Many of us have read The Station by Robert J. Hastings at some point in our lives.  I have read it numerous times over the years.  It never gets old or dated.  It is always a fresh message.  It always bears repeating.  It is unadulterated truth.  Read it.  Think about it.  Pass it on.

The Station

Tucked away in our subconscious is an idyllic vision.  We see ourselves on a long trip that spans the continent.  We are traveling by train.  Out the windows we drink in the passing scene of cars on nearby highways, of children waving at a crossing, of cattle grazing on a distant hillside, of smoke pouring from a power plant, of row upon row of corn and wheat, of flatlands and valleys, of mountains and rolling hillsides, of city skylines and village halls.

When Should You Get a Restart Button?

When Should You Get a Restart Button?

Many of us have read The Station by Robert J. Hastings at some point in our lives.  It never gets old or dated.  It is always a fresh message.  It always bears repeating.  It is unadulterated truth.  Read it.  Think about it.  Here is a portion:

"Tucked away in our subconscious is an idyllic vision.  We see ourselves on a long trip that spans the continent.  We are traveling by train.  Out the windows we drink in the passing scene of cars on nearby highways, of children waving at a crossing, of cattle grazing on a distant hillside, of smoke pouring from a power plant, of row upon row of corn and wheat, of flat lands and valleys, of mountains and rolling hillsides, of city skylines and village halls.

But uppermost in our minds is the final destination.  Bands will be playing and flags waving.  Once we get there our dreams will come true, and the pieces of our lives will fit together like a jigsaw puzzle.  How restlessly we pace aisles, cursing the minutes for loitering - waiting, waiting, waiting for the station."

What would you do if you found out you are being poisoned?

medication
What do you think it feels like to find out you have been conned or worse yet -poisoned?  Listed below are the first eight weeks in my series, World's Biggest Con Job. In this series, you will find answers to many of your questions about the vitamins you may be taking. If you don't have any questions, then it is time to ask some

Vitamins are supplements we take to make us feel better, look better and have a better sense of well being.  What most people do not realize is that they may be hurting themselves more than helping.  BUT, there are supplements available that are pure, unadulterated, unaltered and with LIVE enzymes to give you the most benefit.

In each one of the following articles, I explain what you need to look for when purchasing your supplements and not buy them because of the brand name or price. One of the largest vitamin companies on this planet (with a name that most people trust) is actually one of the worst.  They use the cheapest DEAD, synthetic ingredients possible to make the biggest buck.  They made a net profit of $48 BILLION last year.  That's NET!  Laughing all the way to the bank while the people taking their products are being lied to and even worse, getting sicker.  That article is in Week Eight below.

I am a registered symptomatologist and a certified health coach who has been steering people to optimum health for 35 years. I have cured myself of a wide variety of physical limitations ranging from chronic fatigue, rheumatoid arthritis, and uterine cancer. It doesn’t matter what you have to overcome specifically. It’s important to boost your immune system in order to heal current disease and prevent future disease.  A proactive attitude today will pay huge dividends tomorrow.

You Are Going to Die - Now What?

cancer
When we hear the word 'cancer' something happens to us. It may feel like we got kicked in the stomach or our heart skips a beat. We react in fear whenever someone we care about receives that diagnosis.

That happened to me decades ago.  The doctor told me that the only possibility I would have of living more than a year would be to have a total hysterectomy.  Although I was very sick and struggling with a lot of pain and discomfort, I knew in my heart that I was born to be a mom and that couldn't happen if I didn't have the working parts.

As a young woman who had zero knowledge about cancer and no idea what I could possibly do to win this battle, I told my doctor "No, I won't accept that.  I am going to walk in here pregnant one day."

At that point, the doctor got extremely angry and almost spit at me when he shouted, "Then, lady, go home.....suffer....and die!"

Does Your Life Have a Restart Button?

A question was recently posed to me that I believe many of us have wondered about:
In Stephen King's 11/22/63, the protagonist is asked to travel back in time to prevent JFK's assassination. If given the opportunity, what event in your own life or in history might you travel in time to change and what would your life afterward look like?
I must admit that I laughed out loud when I read this because I have had major traumas in my life and it would require me to live my life entirely over if I wanted to change even one of them.
Let's break it down a bit:

1)  I  would not have married the man my parents and family warned me against.  If I had not married him then my life would have been a lot easier after the divorce.  I would not have been gang-raped and left for dead.  I would not have had my home completely destroyed by a gang of vandals.  I would not have had an emotional and physical breakdown.
my wedding day was an awful mistake
Even on that day, I was hiding my pain - knowing it was a mistake

Do You Want Health For Your Time Tomorrow?

I live in a world of miracles.  Every.  Single. Day.  Do you have any idea what that feels like?  Now many of you will nod and agree that life, in itself, is a daily miracle.  But I am one of those fortunate people who gets to experience outstanding miracles on a regular basis.  I get to be the recipient of hugs and I mean, really big tight hugs....when I have been able to give someone hope who has lost hope.

I am a health coach.  I have been one for thirty-five years.  I am also a symptomologist.  A WHAT?  I assess a client's symptoms and determine what nutrients they are missing in their diet that is causing distress.  So what in the world does that mean?
